Lakeview got a whole lot greener now that B Collective moved in. This woman-owned and operated plant nursery, flower shop, and lifestyle boutique have a little something for everyone. B Collective has created a beautiful, safe, and welcoming space where even the most novice of plant parents can go and learn in. They even offer a curated to you monthly subscription box containing 3-4 lifestyle and home items to spark a little joy in your space. Sugar Fix
Not your average dental office, Sugar Fix makes your experience sweeter. Sugar Fix is a small woman-owned and operated dental loft that makes going to the dentist more luxurious. Pleasurable even! Their kind staff goes above and beyond to ease dental anxiety by offering essential oils, warm neck pillows, and noise-canceling headphones so you can enjoy your latest Netflix binge. Now you won’t even mind taking off a bit of work to go to the dentist!
Bitter Pops
Bitter Pops has been a staple in Lakeview since 2016, providing a vast selection of unique specialty beers and wines. Now with a taproom and kitchen, it’s become a hot spot for families to enjoy evenings on the patio while sipping one of the 18 beverages available on tap. We highly recommend the HoneyCup chicken sandwich and ChipperBec fries for a quick evening snack before hitting a street festival or Cubs game. If beer and wine aren’t for you, stop in earlier in the day for a gourmet coffee or tea to fuel your day. Bitter Pops even creates their own adult advent calendar to give your holiday season its own nostalgic feeling but with a twist!
Frasca
Serving up delicious Italian-inspired cuisine for over 15 years, Frasca is a Lakeview favorite! There’s something about this restaurant that feels like home. The friendly staff feels like old friends as they recommend wine pairings and share their favorite dishes with a smile. The food is incredibly delicious and rich, and there’s something for everyone here. Even the kids of Lakeview love going to Frasca! Check out their dog-friendly patio for a weekend brunch that’s fit for both family and friends.
Plump Room
With an evergrowing menu and a calming atmosphere, Plump Room has become one of the go-to med spa boutiques in Lakeview. With ultra-quick appointments, you won’t have to dedicate a large chunk of your schedule to treat yourself to a little R & R. With online booking, it’s easy to squeeze your appointments in on your time. Plump Room has definitely changed the game when it comes to express treatments!
MK Noodle Pho
Lakeview newcomer MK Noodle Pho made its debut on August 1st, becoming the latest restaurant to open in the area. You can taste the freshness of all of their ingredients as they source everything from local farmer’s markets. Some of the dishes even rotate due to the ingredients being out of season and wanting to maintain their pledge for freshness. If you’ve been wanting to check out what all the hype for boba tea is all about, this is the place to go! MK Noodle Pho offers plenty of seating for lunch and dinner, but one of our favorite things about this little Vietnamese spot is its unique approach to take out. Sure, you can pick up a hot steaming bowl of Pho and make the trip home, but why risk it getting cold? MK Noodle Pho offers take-home kits with everything you need to enjoy the same delicious Pho in the comfort of your own home, but fresher! Their raw pho kits are easy to prepare and will be ready for you to enjoy in no time at all. Not to mention, it’s a great option for those who don’t want to enjoy the entire bowl in one sitting. Though, it’s so delicious that you’ll likely finish the whole thing!
